This listing is for 3D files of the Master Chief Helmet as seen in Halo The Series.

Each file is a manifold STL that will need to be scaled to the individual wearer before printing to ensure an accurate fit.

The Helmet is breaks down into 4 parts: Helmet, Back ,Chin Strap, and Visor. The Back and Chin strap can be joined with magnets ( alignment holes are already in place ) or cast in flexible urethane or silicone rubber for an authentic look with the included 3D printable mold. A visor buck is included for vacuum forming as well as an AI Chip that will need to scaled to accurately fit your final helmet size.

It goes without saying that each part, including the mold, will need to scaled at the same percentage in order to fit correctly.

Due to maximum file upload size limitations, a link to a Google Drive will be supplied at checkout where you will find a zip file of your selected tier. Inside each Zip File you will find a pdf with recommendations on how to finish each part, as well as 3D mold suggestions.

It goes without saying that any altering, sharing or resale of any 3D files is expressly prohibited for any reason. A lot of time and sacrifice was given to the creation of these files. I've priced them to be affordable, making high quality 3D models and cosplay open for everyone. Please respect the artist and their time.

Any resale of physical prints or casts are allowed. You have full rights to do as you please with any physical creation. I do ask that you give credit to me as the artist, as that always helps.
